One Door Alabama is the official name of Alabama’s “No Wrong Door” program. The Alabama Medicaid Agency received a grant from the Administration for Community Living to implement a “No Wrong Door” system. When it comes to accessing Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS), current systems often duplicate enrollment processes leaving individuals feeling overwhelmed. Not to mention the difficulty an individual may experience when they are trying to locate information about long-term care services and supports. One Door Alabama seeks to change the way individuals access LTSS in Alabama. They link individuals to a network of services and programs through a single point of entry.
I created the custom logo and branding: A single key hangs from a key ring that also is the “O” in One. This clean and classic mark represents how the program has the key to successfully unlock the one door to connect you to the services you need.
