PROJECT/CAMPAIGN: Internal/External Communications/Branding/PR

CHALLENGE: Bring Birmingham Water Works from a very negative perception in the community and news media back to a positive community outlook.

SOLUTION: Created an overall strategy that encompassed internal and external outreach featuring news releases, newsletters, videos, radio, and social media. Implemented a complete rebrand of internal and external visual communications.

RESULTS: Within 6 months, Birmingham Water Works was out of the negative media on its way to a more positive outlook in the community.
